Man Accused Of Stalking Underage Girls For A Year Using Drone

In Cannonsburgh, Pennsylvania, a man was recently accused of using a drone to stalk and harass six people, including five underage girls.
The 44 year old man, Michael Brackman, allegedly used his drone to follow these young women at least 120 times a day. The youngest victim is only 12 years old.
Brackman would watch the young ladies go to and from their homes, play on the playground, and follow them throughout their day. Once the FBI started their investigation, they saw that he was watching over these young ladies for about a year.
One of the victims said that she would see the drone at least 80 to 90 times a day. The main thing that Brackman would follow her doing was jumping on her trampoline. Unfortunately, the family had to move because it is what they thought would be the safest for their daughter.
Another victim reported that she would see the drone outside of her bedroom window with handwritten notes with inappropriate messages.
Brackman told police and FBI agents that he did not see what he was doing as anything harmful. He told authorities that the drone was his hobby and he wasn’t doing it for harassment.
Brackman is now facing dozens of misdemeanor stalking charges.
