After premiering the 35 minute film to audiences in Paris, London and Tokyo, Kanye’s set to premiere “Runaway” in the United States on October 23rd.
Kanye will debut the video simultaneously on MTV, MTV2, BET, MTV.com, VH1.com, and BET.com at 8pm EST on Saturday, October 23rd.
“It’s the story of a phoenix fallen to Earth, and I make her my girlfriend,” Kanye said of the film. “People discriminate against her and eventually she has to burn herself alive and go back to her world.”
