If you thought being the Global Ambassador for his hometown Toronto Raptors was enough, think again.

Drake just announced via University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball coach John Calipari’s podcast, Cal Cast, that he will be hosting and producing the first ever NBA Awards. Instead of announcing the winners of the Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year, etc., separately throughout the playoffs, they’re going to have one year end show to announce them all.

Drake isn’t a stranger to hosting events in the sports world. Not only has he hosted events for the Toronto Raptors, i.e. NBA All Star Weekend 2016, he also hosted the 2014 ESPY Awards.

During the podcast, Drake also spoke to Coach Cal about his new project, ‘More Life’, being a collaborative playlist with Apple Music. Not a mixtape, but a “bridge” between full albums.

To hear more about him hosting the NBA Awards, new music, getting back into acting, wanting to host a late night show and more, you can listen to the Cal Cast below.
