A 56 year old Philadelphia Taxi Cab driver is in critical condition after being shot 13 times over the weekend in West Philly due to an altercation with a customer.
The Philadelphia Taxi Cab Company said the driver was dispatched to pick up the rider late Saturday night, but canceled the trip because the rider was giving the driver a hard time. Somewhere between 10-30 minutes, the cab company received a call about the driver being shot a few blocks near the area of the pick up.
The 15 year cab driver was taken to the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
Police are still searching for the black vehicle that left the scene of the shooting.
