Rapper The Game has spoken out on Wildwood NJ’s ban on saggy pants after they passed a law that prohibits anyone on the boardwalk from wearing pants that sag or lay 3 inches below your hip, which would ultimately expose skin or underwear.  The Game told TMZ reporters,

“N***** should sag down to their socks out there. They trying to get people to  not sag, please. Can’t tell people how to wear their f***ing clothes. What time  are we in? This ain’t the f***ing slave days. F*** that.”-Game talking to TMZ

A first time violator of the law would have to pay a fine ranging from $25-$100.  After, the fine goes up to $200 in total.  Another punishment would be up to 40 hours of community service as well.  The Game also told TMZ he would pay a few people’s fines if they get charged.

“I am with the sagging movement. First five people to get fines, I will pay  their tickets … I will go there and sag cause I am a sagging Sagittarius.”
