A video recently posted to YouTube shows that SEPTA commuters and several onlookers were victims of a man’s indecent exposure.
It happened in the Kesington section of Philadelphia, when an unidentified man sprinted through traffic completely nude, while donning boxer shorts on his head. The man then proceeds to climb the front bike rack of a SEPTA Route 3 bus, before he quickly jumps off and walks away. The stunt lasted a few minutes before police swarmed in and apprehended the man.
According to Fox 29, SEPTA officials have not seen the video, and are looking into the incident.
