Warren Sapp was relieved of his duties as commentator during Super Bowl weekend due to his arrest.
The Miami Beach police arrested Sapp for an alleged domestic violence incident at a Miami Beach hotel Saturday Morning and the former NFL star will appear in court on Sunday instead of attending the Super Bowl.
“In light of these circumstances, Warren Sapp will not appear on NFL Network while we review the matter,” the statement from the NFL network read.
