Jacquees wasn’t feeling the BET award nominations, the self-proclaimed “King of R&B” wasn’t nominated for an award and he took to Instagram to ask, “how?”
“Hold on…How in the f**k am I not nominated for a BET Award?” Jacquees asked in a Twitter video that has now been deleted.
“I feel disrespected at this point. Maybe I gotta work harder. But how hard you gotta work when you nominate ni**as that don’t even…nevermind,” Jacquees said.
Cardi B leads with seven nominations, followed by Drake with five. In the Best Male R&B/Pop Artist category the nominees include Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars, Childish Gambino, Chris Brown, John Legend, and Khalid.
Jacquees will perform during the BET Experience on June 20th, his latest album “Round 2” is set to be released on July 19th.
