“America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 15 is here, premiering Sept. 8th on the CW. And this season, it’s the season of the search for the “high fashion model”. The 32 semi-finalists for cycle 15 headed to Palm Springs for runway practice with designer Cynthia Rowley, and the list was slashed to 14.
