In an industry where music is only half the battle 4 young men from completely different walks of life in the same city came together to bring back something the industry has been missing for a very long time a young teen boy group that embodies brotherhood and amazing work ethic and just undeniable talent no gimmick! Like the likes of B2K, New Edition & Mindless Behavior came a vision from the mind of Philly native vocalist songwriter/ actor James “NeJcion” Davis who was ground rooted in boy bands having molded his career after one as well he was missing one key element so he linked up with fellow philly native vocalist and songwriter Tanya “Tee Marie” Miller who is well connected in the industry also, Together they developed and molded the group “M.T.B” which stands for (Meant To Be) The boys have endured so much in their personal lives as well as in the group and nothing stopped them from working hard to achieve their dreams which is where the name came from. M.T.B consist of Ahmire “Mire” Allen(18) Martell “Dash” Waiters(19) Devonttae “Tae” White(19) & Karon “Rizzy” White(18) the young men are focused and ready to take the world by storm! Some of their musical influences include Chris Brown Jacquees Day 26 New Edition and many more that came before them. M.T.B are currently doing shows and in the studio working on their sophomore project the world will one day love winning over the hearts of fans everywhere. They have opened up for many artist including June’s Diary Good Girl Brandy Day 26 R.Kelly just to name a few they also opened the 2016 BET Awards preshow this amazing boy band has sang for Frank Gatson,Steve Mackey,Tamar Braxton,Vince Herbert,Tisha Campbell, R Kelly,Eva Marcell,La’maya Good, British Williams,B Slade,Dondria Brandy& more!
