One of the founding members of hip-hop group Grandmaster Flash and The Furious Five was arrested in New York in connection with fatal stabbing of a homeless man.

Nathaniel Glover, known as The Kidd Creole, was arrested Wednesday night on murder charges. According to the police, the stabbing happened in midtown Manhattan a little before midnight Monday. The victim was 55 and was found with multiple stab wounds to torso. Glover believed that the homeless man was “hitting on him” and it lead to him shortly stabbing the victim.

Police described the victim, who lived in a shelter, as a level two sex offender. Police found the victim and though he passed out but, noticed he was bleeding and took him to the hospital. Jolly later died at the hospital.
