A french man is suing Uber for a little over $47.5 million dollars for tipping his wife off that he was cheating on her.

The couple is now divorced because the company sent numerous notifications to the wife’s phone about the husband’s whereabouts. He used her phone one time to order an Uber and signed out as soon as he was done.

The reason he can sue them for this is because there is a bug in the app that still shows notifications even after you have logged out.

Will he get any money from this claim? Looks like he might have a valid case, maybe not $47.5 million valid, but still valid.
