Justin Lin, The Fast & Furious 6 and Star Trek Beyond helmer is co-writing the Warner Bros.’ sequel Space Jam 2, according to the Hollywood Reporter, and will star LeBron James playing the role of MJ!
After a few years of speculation, it looks like the sequel for Space Jam is finally happening! After the MAJOR success the first movie generated, with over $200 million worldwide, Hollywood is ready to recreate this childhood classic.
LeBron James, recently appeared in Amy Schumer comedy Trainwreck, will once again be trying to fill the BIG shoes of Mike, but this time not on the court, this time on the big screen. We all know that other NBA stars such as Charles Barkley, Muggsy Bogues, and others made cameo’s and had their “talents” taken from them.
Which NBA stars do you think should be included? Steph Curry, Chris Paul, Kevin Durant would all make great additions to the movie, but we will just have to wait and see what they decide.
