It’s official, the Philadelphia Eagles are in process of quickly cleaning up any messes Chip Kelly may have left behind from last season.
According to multiple reports, the Philadelphia Eagles have traded BOTH Byron Maxwell & linebacker Kiko Alonso to the Miami Dolphins for undisclosed draft picks.
You may remember, but we GREATLY over paid for cornerback B. Maxwell last year, and traded the Eagles all time leading running back in LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills for Alonso before the start of last season (can we say DUMB!)
Now NFL reporters like Adam Schefter are reporting the Eagles are also close to finanalizing a deal with the Tennessee Titans to send dissapointing free agent signee Demarco Murray to the Tennessee Titans.
These particular moves will shed a few million dollars from the Eagles cap room, which we can ONLY HOPE they spend a little more wisely this time with a new regime, but then again, it is still the Philadelphia Eagles so we can only cross our fingers.
