20-year-old Philippe Holland, a pizza delivery man for Slices and More Pizzeria and Grill in Upper Darby was shot by two police officers during a delivery run near 51st Street and Willows Avenue. The two officers who were not in uniform, were responding to gunshots in the area when they saw Holland who was wearing a hoodie and walking with his hands in his pockets. Holland was then shot in the leg, neck, and head after he tried to flee in his car. Officials say Holland could have thought the officers were fake cops. He is in critical but stable condition at the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania.
