A lot of buzz has been circulating around Terra Barrow, a female Philadelphia Police Officer who was caught up in a slight “scandal” because of her side job as a sex phone operator. Luckily for her, the police commissioner, Charles Ramsey stated that her “sex-phone operator” job was not considered an issue, due to a loophole in their policy. Ramsey has plans to create a policy which would prevent officers from having a side job in the “sex phone operation industry” because he doesn’t think it’s a “good-look” for the department.
