Apparently, Madonna’s son let it be known on the red carpet at the Grammy’s that his mom promised him he could get grills for his birthday and she kept her promise! Check out Madonna’s 8 year old son cheesing and showing off his grills for the camera! Maybe he wanted them because his mom has them too.
