Philadelphia remains under a snow emergency, which means the Parking Authority is still towing vehicles off of emergency roads if you park them there. If your vehicle is towed, call 215-686-SNOW, do not call 9-1-1
Philadelphia Parking Authority still has their $5 flat parking at following locations: 16th & JFK — 5th & Market — 10th & Ludlow — 10th & Filbert — 2nd & Sansom — 8th & Filbert
