CVS posted a statement on Twitter apologizing to the customer and that the two employees involved in the incident are no longer employed by the company.

A white CVS manager called the police on a black female customer over a coupon dispute on Sunday. The customer says the manager decided to call the police after claiming a coupon she was trying to use was ‘fraudulent’.  CVS has since apologized for the incident

“CVS is actively investigating what happened and we will take any corrective action that is warranted based on the outcome of our investigation–the employees who were involved in the incident will not be working in the store pending the findings of our investigation,” a spokesperson said.
