Kanye cannot get a break to save his life. According to The UK Sun, Kanye West was staying at an upscale hotel, which resides near the Buckingham Palace in London. He is paying over $4000 dollars a night per room and he rented out the whole top floor and changed it into a studio and fashion workshop area. There are complaints from the visitors below his floor that ironically are a part of the Royal Family.
