Unfortunate news on the eve of the Grammy Awards 2012 about one of my favorite singers of all time, Whitney Houston. She was found dead in a Beverley Hills Hotel room at the age of 48, no details on the cause of her death quite yet, but the pain is in great abundance and the news spread swiftly across the world. I found out via twitter about her passing but we all know twitter isn’t always the most credible source when it comes to people dying. Initially I denied the “R.I.P Whitney Houston” tweets, only to realize a few minutes later and with several confirmations that it was true. A very very sad day for all of us who loved Whitney Houston whether we knew her personally or just felt like we did because of how she touched us with her beautiful voice and music. May she rest in Heaven my prayers are with her family and friends.
