In a recent interview with Billboard Magazine, Tina Davis, Chris Brown’s manager was asked:
What strategic elements are you still implementing?
Her response:
Not have him do interviews but to concentrate on performing and recording…..we’re not trying to be rude, selfish or disrespectful to anyone in anyway. If people are going to judge anything, judge him for his talent.
I understand and respect the stance she has to take to protect her artist but as a fan of music I am saddened. I always love hearing and reading interviews about my favorite artist and learning something new about them. I like the gossip just like most, but I also like the fun stuff like “what’s your favorite cereal? or “what’s better…Coke or Pepsi” Always wishing Chris Brown the best because I do believe that people can mature and change.
