Anivia Cruz-Dilworth (pictured) was indicted Tuesday for practicing medicine without a license. According to court documents, Cruz-Dilworth told the women that she was a trained professional and that she would inject them with a substance the 28-year-old called “hydro-gel,” which is supposed to enhance the buttock.

Instead, the New Brunswick resident injected her clients with a silicone sealant, the very same material used to caulk bathtubs. The injection sites were also sealed with Krazy Glue.

PLUS-SIZED model Anivia Cruz-Dilworth was indicted last year for illegally providing buttocks-enhancing injections to stippers and video girls. Well her lawyers got the indictment THROWN out of court. will receive a temporary reprieve after a judge tossed out her case today for a faulty indictment.

“The statute pursuant to which she was charged has five subsections,” said defense attorney Thomas Ashley. “The indictment did not specify which subsection the grand jury found she had violated.”

Newark Superior Court Judge Michael Petrolli tossed the case out today on those grounds. The Prosecutor’s office has the option of re-indicting, but we’re told it is NOT LIKELY!!

So . . . she’s free to PUMP UP RUMPS again !!! HOORAY!!!
