Hey Vince, I see they changed your position to AB? “What’s an AB” Its an A$$ Back, meaning get your a$$ back on the bench. I couldn’t help but think of this when I saw how bad Vince Young looked when he got in the game on Sunday versus the Washington Football Team.
Knowing how a football locker room works and the personalities normally in them, I’m sure someone clowned Vince for his desperation scramble, then, powder puff throw to DeAngelo Hall for an interception.
When you’re winning mistakes are identified but then joked about between players. Or at least on the teams I’ve played on. We may never get a chance to hear what the players say in that type of setting, but I can promise you some of it is as good as a top rated comedy show.
Bottom line, winning is the cure for everything bad in sports. It’s funny how the national media hasn’t focused on Vince Young’s “Dream Team” comment this week. It’s also ironic that even though they clown our team and mock us at every given chance, they seem to find a way to pick us as favorites each week. That should tell us that they really do believe we are a “Dream Team”.
Vince, we know you didn’t mean anything negative when you made the “Dream Team” reference this summer, but we need you to retain this AB position until you complete a pass this season. Now, get your @$$ Back to the bench.
