Legendary DJ and producer Kid Capri (real name David Love) just announced via twitter that he lost his mother.
“I just watch my moms take her last breath, I am beyond hurt,.'” he wrote. “I will always always have you in my mind and heart, I love you Ma!”
Capri is a pioneer in the hip-hop DJ and mixtape game and was most recently the master judge on Smirnoff’s reality series Master of The Mix.
