Rick Ross has achieved a huge legal victory after ex-drug kingpin Freeway Ricky Ross filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against him last month. Writing via Twitter, Ross said the suit was tossed out and his Teflon Don album would be released on schedule.
“just got update on lawsuit filed against me….injunction to stop release of my album has been denied!!aka tossed out!!..teflon don july20…,” Ross wrote Friday. So the boss won’t have to change his name after all and its a good thing too……I don’t think anyone will feel the Ricky Rozzay name as a permanent thing.
