Oprah announced her ultimate favorite things today and Jay-Z’ book, Decoded, is on the list. She said (paraphrasing), “If you’ve been like me, closed minded to hip-hop, this book is for you. ” She said the book offers insight into the world of hip-hip. Now this book was already getting plugged all over but now that Oprah said it… the book sales is going to be bananas!! Also, Jay has stated that Oprah encouraged him to write the book.
