DMX has been hit with 14 counts of tax evasion. The U.S. Attorney’s office in New York is accusing the rapper of hiding and underreporting $1.7 million in income dating back to 2000, according to reports. DMX has already turned himself in and is facing 44 years in prison if convicted.

The singer has more issues with the Internal Revenue Service.
