Edgecombe spent one year playing with Baylor, with the Bears finishing 7th in the Big 12. In his freshman campaign, he posted 15.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game
Edgecombe represented the Bahamas national team in the 2024 Olympic Qualifying Tournament, where he averaged 16.5 points, 3.8 assists, and 2.0 steals in four games.
