Macy Gray and Bobby Brown recorded the song “Real Love” together for Macy’s latest album, The Sellout.
We were all set to hate on this song and video because of Macy’s general weirdness and Bobby Brown’s — well… he’s Bobby Brown, but oddly enough, their voices work well together on this song, and the video actually made us smile a few times.
This song probably won’t be a hit, but we’d suggest you put aside your preconceived notions about both of these artists and give the song a listen.
Check out the cameo appearance from Michael Jai White at the beginning and end.
Macy Gray’s The Sellout is in stores now.
