On “So Appalled,” Kanye West’s latest G.o.o.d Friday leak, Jay-Z went out of his way to highlight MC Hammer’s financial misfortunes:

Evidently, the maker of “Can’t Touch Dis” took offense to the lyric and plans to respond to Hova on Halloween, otherwise known as “Devil’s Night.”

MC-Hammer-Jay-Z-TweetHammer went so far as to Tweet Kanye West directly to say, “Jay-Hoe aka #HellBoy Tell Jay October 31st we’ll see if this record and video “Hurt’s Him.

Last year MC Hammer told Allhiphop.com that he had “respect for Jay-Z” and his ability to play chess in the industry [CLICK HERE TO WATCH], but feels prepared to go head-to-head with him now.

Was Jay-Z indeed “dissing” Hammer if he was simply stating facts? Or was this another sneak attack by Hova? What do you think Hammer is going to bring for Jay-Z?
