Heat Health Emergency In Philadelphia

Philadelphia Health Department has declared a Heat Health Emergency in response to the rise of aggressive temperatures in the city. The heat emergency is going to be in effect until Wednesday night unless the weather persist.
Temperatures for the week are ranging anywhere between 90-99 degrees and the feel like is going to be between 106-110 degrees.
The heat health emergency was declared to ensure everyone stays safe and cool for the week.
Over 100 cooling centers throughout the city will be open for use. There are also public pools, spray grounds, and senior facilities that will be extending their operating hours.
