There will be no criminal charges for the late Chris Henry’s fiance Loleini Tonga. The just released statement from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police says she was not driving reckless:
“…there was no evidence of reckless driving or excessive speed.” Investigators determined she was driving no faster than 23 mph.
The coroner’s office ruled the accidental death was caused by blunt force trauma to the head, the statement said.
