You know what they say….there is always a little truth in jokes and Nick Cannon might be on to something. By now you may have heard about the 9 minute racist rant from LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling. If you have not heard it then click here. Here are some highlights from his rant recorded by his girlfriend
“It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?” (Donald)
“You do know I am mixed? I am Black and Mexican” (his girlfriend)–by far this is my favorite quote. Apparently he thought she was white?
“You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that … and not to bring them to my games.” (Donald)
Seems one of Donald’s issues is that his girlfriend takes pictures with black men and then posts them on her Instagram page. The one in particular that set him off is a photo she took with Magic Johnson. A few celebrities took to their Instagram to voice their opinion.
