MSG Network will devote two nights of programming to celebrating the accomplishments and legacies of black athletes.  The block of programming will be hosted by Spike Lee and will feature members of the New York Knicks appearing in vignettes.

Spike Lee has abandoned efforts to produce a film called “Brooklyn Loves MJ.”  The film was announced last April and was slated to include an all-star cast that featured Samuel L Jackson, Rosie Perez, and Kerry Washington amongst others.
