Rihanna hit up BBC studios in London, England on Friday (October 1) to talk about her new album and her new look.

Rihanna, on BBC's Radio 1, says she wouldn't want to make "generic pop" like Lady Gaga or (best friend) Katy Perry.

Rihanna's upcoming album "Loud" has been previewed and reviewed. In addition to claiming that "Loud" will be her "biggest album yet," it has also been stated that the album has "lots of island flavor."

The album cover features a close-up photo of Rihanna, with her eyes closed, bright red hair and lips and her brand new "rebelle fleur" neck tattoo front and center.

Though the two parted ways when it came to love, they managed to put their differences aside to collaborate.

The island-infused track appears on "Now That’s What I Call Christmas, Vol. 4."

When it was announced that Rihanna had chosen Anthony Mandler to direct her latest music video "Only Girl," her fans far and wide expressed their disapproval.

Rihanna's release of her "Who's That Chick" video came as much of a surprise to her as it was to her fans. After all, there was no promotion for it, no mentions, no sneak peeks - nothing. She took to her Twitter account to explain how the mishap occurred.

By the looks of the clip and the sound of the track, it seems Rihanna is getting us prepared for her upcoming album, LOUD - "sassy, fun, flirty, energetic," as she stated earlier.
