From there, Lockwood was able to return to East Tennessee State as Assistant Director of Basketball Sports Performance. This led her to her next role as Director of Sports Performance at Houston University.
Lockwood was able to leverage her collegiate experience to make a professional leap back to the NFL, landing a job with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022.
She originally joined the organization as a strength and conditioning associate in 2022. Lockwood was named an associate performance coach by the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2023 offseason.
