“America’s Next Top Model” contestant Yaya DaCosta is still making a name for herself.
Though her season ended in 2004, and the ultimate title was given to Eva Marcille instead, DaCosta has since appeared in more than just modeling portfolios.
She made her movie debut in the film “The Kids Are Alright” in July, and in the August 2010 issue of InStyle, Yaya appears as a “New Face.”
The magazine profiled a “New Face” and a “New Designer,” so Yaya was photographed wearing a dress by Prabal Gurung.
She channels old Hollywood glamour like a pro with a blood-red lip, floor-length gown, and sleek chignon.
