If you live in the tristate area, it is likely that you’ve seen a specific luxurious house for sale on your timeline today. This South Philly home going viral on the Internet because there’s a giant pool in the backyard with a unorthodox basketball court.

Zillow has had this property listed for over a year, but doesn’t have any shots of the interior, only exterior shots are featured on the listing.

According to a post on r/Philly. The proprerty used to be a “members only” pool club called the NC Club back in the day.

“The Best! Growing up I had a ton of birthday parties here & was here everyday with my dad” one user commented.

“Awww the “secret” south Philly pool. I got to hang out there once. Great spot in the summer time.” read another comment.

One user seemed to have the perfect commercial plan for the private property.

“Right owner could turn this into a popping night time pool spot
Street/onsite security
Outside bar
Live show with local up coming artists (due to size)
Run it Spring, Summer, Fall and closed for Winter” commented Outsourcekings

The comments suggest that place was still open during the 2010s. which you’d never expect by some those pictures above, but there was pictured evidence of a pool with actual water and people in it. Stories told said people had their bachelor parties there, and that the former owners names were under fire for selling alcohol without a liquor license.

Brendan was even able to recover the 1996 zoning appeal which granted such an insane ask in today’s times.
