Disney+ Reveals Star-Studded Cast For The Proud Family

Disney+ is gearing up for the highly anticipated third season of The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder, set to premiere on August 6, 2025. The animated reboot is returning with a global storyline and an impressive lineup of celebrity guest stars, reinforcing its place as one of Disney’s most culturally impactful series.
This season, the Proud family will take viewers on an international journey with storylines set in London, Nairobi, and Paris. Accompanying them on these adventures is an array of high-profile guest voices, including Janelle James, Sanaa Lathan, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Lynn Whitfield, Chance the Rapper, Cedric the Entertainer, Tiffany Haddish, and gospel icon Kirk Franklin. NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace and meteorologist Al Roker also join the cast for special appearances.
Returning to voice the beloved main characters are Kyla Pratt as Penny Proud, Tommy Davidson as Oscar, Paula Jai Parker as Trudy, and Jo Marie Payton as the ever-unfiltered Suga Mama. Also reprising their roles are Karen Malina White, Soleil Moon Frye, and Alisa Reyes.
