Suspects For Philadelphia Carjackings As Young As 10 Years Old

The carjacking in Philadelphia has become a real issue.
Philadelphia police are currently searching for a 17-year-old and a child who is possibly as young as 10 years old who are in connection to the carjacks.
The police released multiple surveillance video clips on Monday showing the two young clips. The tapes show evidence from August 16th to August 22nd.
The first incident happened around 10 p.m. on August 16th where the two walked up on a woman and took her vehicle. Then, around 2 a.m. on August 18th, the two walked up on a vehicle and took a vehicle and took it while someone was inside.
The most recent one was just before 6 a.m. on August 22nd. The two approached a 74 year old woman who was walking to her car and pushed her to the ground to steal her vehicle.
The 17 year old is described to be 5 foot 8 inches tall and the suspected 10 year old boy is about 5 feet tall.
