Road Rage Ends In A Shooting — New Details Released
In Havertown PA, there was a shooting on the road that was caused due to road rage. The woman who was involved in the road rage altercation was left injured. This incident happened around 3:30 pm earlier this week.
Havertown Police Deputy Chief Joseph Hagen said that the man is in custody. 30 year old Sean Moses admitted to police that he was the shooter.
The victim told police that she was in the car with her 10 year old nephew and they were stuck in traffic, so she was only driving about 5 mph. She said that she felt a driver following her heavily from the back. At one point, she said that the driver went from following her very closely from the back to the passenger side of her car; so much so that she decided to slow down and tried to put her car in park.
This is when the driver pulled his car in front of the victims car and started firing shots. Bullets hit the headlight, hood, and windshield of the victims car.
After shots were fired, Moses fled the scene and was found by police 15 minutes later. The officers found the handgun in his Lincoln car.
The victim of the incident suffered from minor injuries from possible glass fragments, and her nephew was not physically harmed.
Moses is facing charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, and other related offenses.
