Nicki Minaj, Juelz Santana and Game have paid homage to the families who lost friends and relatives from the tragic World Trade Center attacks on September 11th, 2001.

Writing via Twitter, Minaj paid tribute nine years after the attacks.

“Remembering 9/11 makes me extremely proud 2 b a New Yorker. God Bless those we lost; and those who mourn those we lost. #resilient,” she tweeted. (Nicki Minaj’s Twitter)

Santana recalled his “Welcome To New York City” tribute from Cam’Ron’s Come Home With Me Roc-A-Fella debut.

Game asked his followers to pay homage to the 9/11 victims.

“Hey Young World, it’s september 11th. Moment of silence for the 9th year memorial of the twin tower tragedy. At somepoint 2day, send 1 up,” Game tweeted.
