The rumor mill is in overdrive about Jay-Z seriously considering signing Willow Smith after hearing her single “Whip My Hair.” It kind of makes sense when you think about it: Jay-Z signed Rihanna when he was El Presidente at Def Jam, and Willow’s song sounds very Rihanna-esque.
