Beanie Sigel was in a car accident over the weekend, according to his camp. Beanie’s reps tell AllHipHop.com that a tractor-trailer ran him off the road, but did not disclose the location or the severity of the accident. Beanie wasn’t driving the car but did sustain some injuries.
