Nas and Kelis have been in a contentious custody battle over their son Knight for years.
Well, it looks like Kelis could be facing jail time.
She is looking at 20 counts of contempt of court over allegations that she repeatedly violated a custody agreement.
According to Nas, he missed spending New Year’s with his son who was in Colombia with Kelis.
Kelis was allegedly fined $8,000 for not following the court order. She has refused to pay.The trial is set for June 20th. She has pleaded not guilty.
