Charges against Kodak Black in the alleged rape of a South Carolina high school student will be heard after the rapper gets off tour in Summer or early Fall said 12th Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements.
Black could face a trial for first-degree criminal sexual assault. He’s facing a possible 30 years in jail.
Kodak has been in trouble with the law many times including forcing people into a car after he accused them of breaking into his house, being involved in a drug deal and possession of cannabis.
