R. Kelly’s legal team seems to be mounting their defense against his accusers by asking for the infamous sex tapes that led to the ten counts of sexual abuse.
The tapes are expected to be handed to R. Kelly’s defense team today during a hearing in Chicago, but they’re not really sure if it’ll be the actual tapes or something else.
Once his team gets the tapes there are options. One is a forensic analysis of the tapes and the second is a trial if they don’t think it’s R. Kelly in the tapes.
