DJ Caesar took it to South Philly for our latest episode of Rhyming with DJ Caesar. As Season 2 winds down, it was only right we had the homie Pook Paperz come through Boom 103.9.
Over two hip-hop classics, Pook went in for 5 straight minutes, one take, and bodied the booth.
Pook knew what DJ Caesar was all about, and picked Big Pun for his instrumental, and even when DJ Caesar threw Xzhibit Ft Mobb Deep “Eyes May Shine” at him, he handled it like a true emcee and continued going in.
Pook brought that Philly grit, punchlines, and reality into the booth and got us excited to hear what’s next from him.
