The rapper whose real name is Jeffery Williams was wanted for 8 felony counts including multiple drug and gun charges.

A warrant was issued for his arrest and he turned himself into Georgia authorities on Tuesday afternoon.

He’s currently in the custody of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

Georgia law carries a mandatory sentence of one year in jail, and up to ten years in prison for possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. Young Thug had 2.5 ounces as well as a bunch of other drugs so he could be facing some serious time if he’s convicted.
